Extensive experience developing web applications (Java)
Experience working within an Agile software development methodology
Knowledge with web and 'Web 2.0' standards, such as
XHTML, XML, RSS, JavaScript, HTTP, AJAX, Web Services / SOA, Spring, Hibernate
Very strong programming and design skills required:
OO, design patterns, testing methodologies, multi-threaded programming
Experience writing highly dynamic web applications using a database backend
Familiarity with DBMS technologies (Any of Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc)
Strong communications skills
